Watercolor + Nature Therapy | 2nd Annual Hike For Her Nature Experience
Step outside the ordinary and into a space where nature, creativity, mindfulness, and community come together.
Houston Black Hikers invites you to Art in the Park, a unique outdoor creative experience at Sheldon Lake State Park designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find inspiration in the natural world.
You don’t have to be an artist. You simply have to be willing to create.
During this experience, participants will enjoy a guided watercolor painting session surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the park. You’ll have an opportunity to observe your surroundings, explore your creativity, practice mindfulness, and create a meaningful piece of artwork to take home.
